About the Role

You will be the central connector between Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Services, and Finance, owning the strategy, systems, processes, and analytics that power our revenue engine.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in a revenue/sales operations function at a fast‑growing B2B SaaS scale‑up.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, sales funnels, and revenue models.
  • Excellent cross‑functional collaboration with GTM, Data, and Finance teams.
  • Good technical understanding – can deliver outputs in spreadsheets, analyses, and dashboards.
  • Curious and creative – deeply understand our customers, products, and GTM processes.
  • Clear communicator with stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands‑on, bias for action, and excited to help scale GTM function.
  • Organized, managing multiple cross‑functional projects and timelines.
  • Open to a hybrid work model – can work from London/Berlin office at least three days per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Build & Own RevOps Infrastructure
    • Manage CRM and GTM tool stack; add state‑of‑the‑art tooling (e.g., HubSpot, CPQ, time tracking).
    • Design scalable processes across the customer lifecycle; maintain clean CRM hygiene and funnel visibility.
    • Ensure data quality and integrity across GTM systems.
    • Act as a commercial checkpoint for deal structures.
  • Process Optimization & Enablement
    • Identify inefficiencies in the revenue funnel; drive cross‑functional improvements.
    • Build and refine processes for professional services scoping, delivery, and margin analysis.
    • Support sales enablement with operational playbooks and insights.
  • Reporting, Forecasting, and Dashboards
    • Define and monitor key GTM KPIs and dashboards.
    • Partner with GTM leaders to build forecasts and attribution models.
    • Provide visibility into delivery capacity, timelines, and profitability.
  • Drive Operational Cadence and Growth
    • Own GTM cadence – forecasting, QBRs, capacity planning, pipeline reviews.
    • Collaborate with Finance on revenue and quota planning cycles.
    • Lead territory and quota planning; align top‑down targets with reps.
    • Roll out changes in territory and quota design.
  • Lay the Groundwork for Future Growth
    • Define and evolve the RevOps roadmap.
    • Prepare to lead a RevOps function as company needs evolve.

Ideal, but Not Required

  • Technical/quantitative background with Python, SQL, and APIs.
  • Experience with HubSpot (or Salesforce).
