As we scale our enterprise customer base, we're looking for a Deployment Lead to serve as the strategic partner who ensures our customers successfully implement and unlock maximum value from AI-driven decision-making. In this post-sale role, you'll be the primary point of contact guiding enterprise customers through complex implementations and driving sustained business impact.

What You’ll Do
- You will act as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers post‑sale and coordinate cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions, Data) to deliver high‑impact projects on time.
- You translate complex business problems into workflows and product configurations and become a subject‑matter expert in the Taktile platform and the business value it can unlock for our customers.
- You will closely collaborate with Taktile’s Account Executive and Solution Engineers to build strong relationships with executive‑level stakeholders as well as Taktile’s core users within customer teams.
- Identify new opportunities for product expansion and adoption within customer accounts and continuously gather feedback and insights to inform product development and iterate on delivery playbooks with our product and engineering teams.
Ideal, But Not Required
- You have experience in implementing AI at scale in enterprise context.
- You have acquired domain expertise in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, lending, payments, etc.).
- You demonstrate strong analytical skills and have a hands‑on mentality.
- You have knowledge of APIs and know the basics of Python and SQL.
