About You
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from technical principals and data scientists to risk managers and credit analysts.
- Intermediate Python skills – comfortable writing, testing and debugging production‑adjacent code.
- Curious and customer‑centric; enjoy learning about and solving customers’ business challenges.
- Plan and manage multiple project scopes, expectations and timelines across a customer lifecycle.
- Humble with a growth mindset, keen to learn new skills and share best practices.
- Collaborative with peers in Marketing, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Creative and proactive—always looking for ways to stand out with customers and prospects.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
What You\’ll Do
- Translate customer priorities into high‑impact use cases and use Taktile throughout the sales process and value journey.
- Lead proof‑of‑value projects that combine customer data, ML/AI models and Taktile’s platform, creating prototypes and demos that simulate production‑grade integrations.
- Collaborate with partners and customers to build solutions on the Taktile Decisioning Platform.
- Communicate the value of full implementations and roadmaps to senior stakeholders, up to C‑level executives.
- Onboard and support customers’ teams—domain experts, product, engineering, data science—delivering an excellent experience and fast time to value.
- Translate customer insights into product enhancements for Taktile’s roadmap.
- Create reusable collateral, best practices and tools to scale solutions within the engineering function.
- Discover new use cases, implement them on the platform, assess product‑solution fit, and share findings with go‑to‑market teams.
Ideal, but Not Required
- 3–5 years in high‑touch Solution Engineering, Technical Customer Success, or senior consulting roles in B2B SaaS.
- Knowledge of REST API design, integration and authentication.
- Experience building, tuning or deploying ML models (scikit‑learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow) in production.
- AI use‑case experience in finance (fraud detection, credit scoring, underwriting).
- Comfort explaining model mechanics to CTOs and domain experts.
- Domain expertise in banking, insurance, capital markets or payments.
