Taktile is transforming how financial institutions leverage AI for critical decisions. As we scale our enterprise customer base, we are looking for an Applied AI Engagement Manager to serve as the strategic partner who ensures our customers successfully implement and unlock maximum value from AI-driven decision-making. In this post-sale role, you will be the primary point of contact guiding enterprise customers through complex implementations and driving sustained business impact.

As an Applied AI Engagement Manager at Taktile, you will work closely with our enterprise customers to implement complex solutions and ensure they unlock maximum value from our platform. This role is central to our mission of transforming customers' decisioning infrastructure to optimize and automate mission-critical business decisions.

You will collaborate across Taktile’s Solutions, Product, and Sales teams, as well as with external partners, to support customers throughout their entire lifecycle, driving strategic outcomes and sustained impact.

About You

  • Experienced – You have 4-6 years of experience in tech consulting, tech implementation or customer-facing roles at high-growth startups or enterprises in B2B SaaS and demonstrated team leadership in various situations.
  • Organized – You are comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations, even in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
  • Technically Fluent – You have a technical foundation and can clearly communicate technical challenges and solutions to both engineers and customers, especially in the context of applied AI.
  • Mobile – Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.

What You’ll Do

  • You will act as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for enterprise customers post-sale and coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Solutions, Data) to deliver high-impact projects on time.
  • You translate complex business problems into workflows and product configurations and become a subject-matter expert in the Taktile platform and the business value it can unlock for our customers.
  • You will closely collaborate with Taktile’s Account Executive and Solution Engineers to build strong relationships with executive level stakeholders as well as Taktile’s core users within customer teams.
  • Identify new opportunities for product expansion and adoption within customer accounts and continuously gather feedback and insights to inform product development and iterate on delivery playbooks with our product and engineering teams.

Ideal, But Not Required

  • You have experience in implementing AI at scale in enterprise context.
  • You have acquired domain expertise in the financial services industry (banking, insurance, lending, payments, etc.).
  • You demonstrate strong analytical skills and have a hands-on mentality.
  • You have knowledge of APIs and know the basics of Python and SQL.
