AI Operations Lead

AI Operations Lead

Full-Time No working from home possible
Taktile

Taktile enables financial institutions to transform into AI‑native organizations powered by autonomous agents. Our modular Agentic Decision Platform combines AI agents, rules, context and human oversight to safely automate and optimize decisions—approving customers, reimbursing claims instantly, and financing businesses.

About The Role

We're looking for an AI Enablement Lead to build tools, integrations and workflows that make every Taktilian faster and better at their job. This high-leverage, internal-facing operations role involves setting the roadmap and reporting to leadership, while also building workflows and running enablement yourself. You will work closely with team leads across the company and operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels.

Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and own Taktile's internal AI roadmap, prioritise use cases across Go-to-market, Operations and G&A
  • Track market trends, peer practices, regulatory evolution and emerging tools, and bring the best back into the business
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our set‑up to maximise adoption and improve efficiency of our teams
  • Report to leadership on progress, AI adoption and program ROI
  • Set the internal standard for “production‑ready” AI workflows and act as the escalation point and quality bar for everything our teams ship
  • Define a build‑vs‑buy framework for AI point solutions – assessing, approving or deprecating tools in collaboration with our teams

Agentic Workflow Development

  • Build internal tools and agents end‑to‑end that wire Taktile's SaaS stack (HubSpot, Notion, Linear, Gong) into our engineers' and operators' daily workflows; own scope, design, implementation, rollout and iteration
  • Evolve AI architecture based on internal customer needs and measurable improvements
  • Identify, prioritise and scale automation opportunities across business units, while clearly differentiating what can and should be automated and to what degree
  • Find the highest‑leverage workflows and embed with teams across Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Finance and Operations to remove friction
  • Build team‑level ownership and coordinate a network of AI champions so workflows are maintained without central dependency

Capability Building & Governance

  • Drive adoption, not just deployment – run workshops, pair sessions and office hours to teach teams how to use what you ship; measure success in real adoption and time saved
  • Partner with Security and IT on governance; apply least‑privilege principles from day one; build guardrails, access scoping and audit trails that allow us to move fast on AI without exposing customer data or production systems

Requirements

  • 5+ years in consulting, operations or a similar cross‑functional senior role
  • Ability to write and review production‑grade Python and SQL – preferably with a strong technical background such as data science
  • Technical deployment experience and hands‑on experience building with modern LLM tooling – agent frameworks, tool use, prompt engineering, MCP, evals
  • Enough technical depth to converse about LLM pipelines, agentic workflows and integrations
  • Excellence at breaking down complex problems and making quick, well‑informed decisions even under pressure
  • Strong program management skills across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken, and strong communication skills from leadership reporting to internal playbooks with both technical and non‑technical operators

Our Stack

  • AI: Claude
  • Programming Language: Python
  • Data Platform: AWS, Snowflake, dbt, Terraform
  • Internal Tools: Notion, Linear, HubSpot, Gong, Ramp

Benefits

  • Work with colleagues that lift you up, challenge you, celebrate you and help you grow
  • Make an impact and meaningfully shape an early‑stage company
  • Experience a truly flat hierarchy and communicate directly with founding team members
  • Learn from experienced mentors and achieve tremendous personal and professional growth
  • Receive a top‑of‑market equity and cash compensation package
  • Access to a self‑development budget you can use to attend conferences, buy books or take classes
  • Use the equipment of your choice including a meaningful home‑office set‑up

Diversity & Inclusion

  • We're eager to meet talented and driven candidates regardless of whether they tick all the boxes
  • We actively recognise and combat racism, sexism, ableism and ageism, and embrace and support all gender identities and expressions, celebrating love in its many forms
  • We won't inquire about how you identify or if you've experienced discrimination, but if you want to tell your story we are all ears
