As a key driver of our growth, your work will directly influence the success and scalability of our operations.
This role is perfect for someone eager to play a central role in shaping Taktile's organization. We are looking for a skilled recruiter who knows how to identify and attract top talent and who thrives in the fast-moving, competitive landscape of AI. This role is based in our London office. We believe great recruiting is highly collaborative and relationship-driven, so we work together in person at least three days per week.
What You'll Do
- Own the full recruiting cycle for a portfolio of GTM roles, from role scoping with hiring managers through offer close, moving fast without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
- Build and execute sourcing strategies tailored to each role, using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-assisted tools, and creative outreach to reach both active and passive candidates.
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, not just an executor. That means shaping job requirements, challenging assumptions, and keeping searches on track when priorities shift.
- Deliver a standout candidate experience at every touchpoint: clear communication, timely feedback, and a process that reflects Taktile's values even when we're moving quickly.
- Leverage data to drive decisions. Track pipeline health, identify drop-off points, and share regular hiring funnel updates that lead to action, not just reporting.
- Act as a strong partner and domain expert to the organization. Collaborate closely with leaders to comprehend their hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies to meet headcount targets.
- Contribute to how we hire, not just who we hire. Help refine our assessment frameworks, improve structured interview practices, and bring new ideas for how Taktile stays competitive in a tight talent market.
- Support employer branding and talent marketing through events, content, and community presence, making Taktile a name candidates recognize and want to join.
- Collaborate with People Ops to ensure smooth handoffs post-offer, including onboarding coordination, relocations, and visa support where needed.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in proactive sourcing and talent acquisition, preferably in high-growth startups or dynamic environments.
- Deep experience hiring across GTM functions- including Account Executives, BDRs, Solutions Engineers, Forward Deployed Engineers, & Marketing.
- Experience partnering with leaders throughout the recruiting process, acting as a strong hiring partner and trusted advisor.
- Actively using AI tools in your recruiting workflow- whether for sourcing, outreach personalization, candidate research, or pipeline management.
- Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Google Suite to streamline the recruitment process for both active and passive candidates.
- Proficient in sourcing talent across a range of seniority levels, from entry-level graduates to senior professionals.
- Expertise in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews with a strong ability to effectively evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential.
- Experience managing both high-volume hiring and specialized searches for niche roles.
- Familiarity with tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, and source effectiveness) and using data to refine strategies and improve processes.
Ideal, But Not Required
- Experience in B2B SaaS recruitment.
- Familiarity with Ashby.
