If you’re looking for a role that blends hands‑on trading, strategic influence and technical capability — this could be your next step.
We’re expanding rapidly across the UK, and we’re looking for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to lead trading across all BiGDUG brands and sites. You’ll be responsible for driving online revenue, optimising the customer journey, and delivering a best‑in‑class ecommerce experience — all while working closely with marketing, category and development teams to shape our digital future. What you’ll be doing
- Ecommerce Trading & Growth
- Lead day‑to‑day ecommerce trading across all brands and sites, driving revenue, conversion and customer experience.
- Own the trading calendar — promotions, content updates, product ranging and seasonal activity.
- Monitor key KPIs (revenue, conversion, AOV, traffic) and take proactive action to protect performance.
- Ensure pricing, messaging and promotional activity are aligned across all channels.
- On‑Site Experience & Merchandising
- Lead visual merchandising across UK sites, optimising category layouts, product sequencing and promotional placements.
- Oversee content publishing, ensuring product pages and landing pages meet brand and UX standards.
- Work with category teams to analyse product performance and optimise category strategy.
- CRO, UX & Innovation
- Drive a continuous CRO programme using A/B testing, heatmaps and user insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and unlock incremental revenue.
- Partner with marketing to ensure campaigns convert effectively across digital touchpoints.
- Technical & Platform Management
- Work with developers on site enhancements, feature releases and technical fixes.
- Oversee tag management (GTM) and ensure accurate tracking across key events.
- Support SEO through technical optimisation and site performance improvements.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in senior ecommerce trading or management.
- Proven track record of delivering online revenue growth.
- Hands‑on experience with ecommerce platforms and on‑site merchandising.
- Confident using GA4 and data to drive commercial decisions.
- Understanding of SEO, CRO and UX best practice.
- Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
- Familiarity with GTM, tracking and personalisation tools.
What we can offer you
- Company bonus scheme
- Workplace pension contribution
- Salary extras
- Your birthday off
- Opportunities to grow, develop and influence the future of our ecommerce function
