What You’ll Be Doing
- Operational Leadership: Lead the day‑to‑day running of warehouse activities including picking, receiving, stock accuracy, reworks, labelling, production and assembly.
- Performance & Continuous Improvement: Monitor team and individual KPIs such as pick accuracy, stock accuracy, throughput and on‑time despatch.
- Health & Safety: Conduct regular H&S inspections, equipment checks and ensure all staff follow safety procedures.
- People Leadership: Recruit, onboard and train new team members, ensuring they feel supported from day one.
