Where You Make An Impact:
- Further development and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations with a focus on Finance processes
- Gathering and evaluating stakeholder requirements in close collaboration with functional experts, development teams, and project management
- Inhouse consulting with process experts and teams using agile methodologies such as SCRUM
- Managing Incidents, Requests, Problems, and Changes while providing 2nd-level support for Finance-related applications
- Driving and supporting ERP rollout projects, including on-site assistance during migrations and user trainings
- Creating concepts for harmonizing, digitalizing, and automating Finance processes, including requirement management, backlog refinement, and Fit/Gap analysis

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit:
- Degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or similar field, with initial IT experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO
- Understanding of Finance processes, related sub-processes, and cross-functional touchpoints; SQL/T-SQL knowledge is a plus
- Strong technical and methodological skills in support, documentation, and project management
- Confident communicator with customer-focused mindset, reliability, teamwork, and enthusiasm
- Full professional English proficiency, basic German skills, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally
