  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Operational Leadership
  • Lead the day‑to‑day running of warehouse activities including picking, receiving, stock accuracy, reworks, labelling, production and assembly.
  • Performance & Continuous Improvement
  • Monitor team and individual KPIs such as pick accuracy, stock accuracy, throughput and on‑time despatch.
  • Health & Safety
  • Conduct regular H&S inspections, equipment checks and ensure all staff follow safety procedures.
  • People Leadership
  • Recruit, onboard and train new team members, ensuring they feel supported from day one.
