Deine Aufgaben
- du bist Teil des Führungsteams: bei Abwesenheit der Filialleitung und deren Stellvertretung leitest du schichtweise eigenständig die Filiale
- Ansprechpartner (w/m/d): du koordinierst die Filialaufgaben und unterstützt dein Team
- aktive Mitarbeit in den Bereichen: Kassa, Ware verräumen, Qualitätskontrolle, Aufbacken unserer Brotwaren und Sauberkeit
- Kundenanfragen: du achtest darauf, dass sich unsere Kunden (w/m/d) beim Einkaufen rundum wohlfühlen
Dein Profil
- du hast bereits Berufserfahrung im Handel oder einer ähnlichen Branche
- Interesse am Lebensmittelhandel ist wünschwert und du packst gerne mit an
- du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, schätzt eine freundliche Art und bist ein Teamplayer(w/m/d)
- eigenständiges Arbeiten macht dir Spaß
- du bist grundsätzlich einsatzbereit im Rahmen unserer Öffnungszeiten (Mo-Sa)
