Ihre Aufgaben:
- Gemeinsam mit der Filialleitung führen Sie Ihren Markt nach betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
- Sie sind Verkäufer:in aus Leidenschaft und die persönliche Beratung macht Ihnen Freude
- Sie unterstützen die Filialleitung bei der Entwicklung und Führung Ihres Teams
- Sie koordinieren die Disposition, Warenannahme, Warenpräsentation sowie Preisauszeichnung
- Als Teamplayer unterstützen Sie Ihren Kolleginnen und Kollegen
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HAS, HLW, Einzelhandelslehre)
- Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel
- Idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung
- Grundkenntnisse GHP (Gute Hygiene Praxis)
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung (Besuch von Seminaren, Schulungen, …)
