Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung beim Aufsetzen, Pflegen und Optimieren von Google Ads und/oder Social Media Kampagnen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Textgestaltung und Anzeigenprüfung sowie bei der Zielgruppen- und Keyword-Auswahl
  • Erstellung von regelmäßigen Reportings & Performance-Auswertungen (z.B. CTR, ROAS, Conversions)
  • Unterstützung bei der Budgetkontrolle und Kampagnen-Monitoring
  • Pflege von Werbemitteln, Anzeigenstrukturen und Landingpages in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team
  • Mitwirkung bei A/B-Tests, Feed-Prüfungen und Ad-Hoc-Analysen

Qualifikationen

  • Erste praktische Erfahrung im Online Marketing (z.B. durch Praktikum, Werkstudententätigkeit oder eigene Projekte)
  • Interesse an Performance-Kanälen wie Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) oder YouTube
  • Grundkenntnisse in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Google Ads oder Meta Business Manager von Vorteil – oder große Motivation, das schnell zu lernen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel/Google Sheets, hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Lernbereitschaft, Teamgeist und Motivation, sich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Pluspunkt: Interesse an AI-Tools wie ChatGPT zur Kampagnenunterstützung
