Heilpädagogischer Kindergarten und Hort Wels mit Expositur in Lichtenegg. Die Einrichtung umfasst 3 Heilpädagogische Kindergartengruppen und 2 Heilpädagogische Hortgruppen zur Bildung, Begleitung und Betreuung von Kindern mit Beeinträchtigung im Alter von 3-16 Jahren.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Gruppenführung einer Heilpädagogischen Kindergartengruppe
- Planung, Umsetzung und Reflexion der pädagogischen Arbeit
- Zusammenarbeit im Team
- Kooperation mit den Eltern und Erziehungsberechtigten
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partner*innen (Therapeut*innen)
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung: BAfEP/Kolleg Kindergartenpädagogik und Zusatzqualifikation: Inklusive Elementarpädagogik
- Umsetzung zeitgemäßer pädagogischer Konzepte
- Eingehen auf BedĂĽrfnisse der Kinder im Alter zwischen 3 - 6 Jahren
- Respektvolle und wertschätzende Haltung im Umgang mit Kindern mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung
- Hohe Flexibilität, Kooperationsbereitschaft
- Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team
- Engagiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten mit den Kindern
- Bereitschaft zur Eigenreflexion und zur fachlichen, sowie persönlichen Weiterbildung
