Wir bezahlen unseren MitarbeiterInnen ein überkollektivvertragliches Bruttogehalt von € 32.900,- (auf Vollzeitbasis, € 2.350,-/Monat). Eine Überzahlung ist selbstverständlich möglich, abhängig von Berufserfahrung und Qualifikationen.

Die Abteilung – Der Stadtgarten, Pflanze – umfasst alles, was sich der grüne Daumen wünscht. Von Pflanzen jeglicher Art über Bepflanzungssysteme, Erden und Bewässerung, sind auch eine große Auswahl an Sämereien nebst Gartendekomaterialien Bestandteil des großen Angebotes.
Im Fokus Ihrer tagtäglichen Arbeiten stehen die BAUHAUS Kunden, welche von der Begrüßung über die Bedarfsermittlung bis hin zur Verabschiedung freundlich und fachkompetent beraten werden. Mit einem Blick fürs Detail gewährleisten Sie optimale Pflanzenpflege, eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation, sowie Ordnung und Sauberkeit. Durch eigenverantwortlichen Bestellvorgänge stellen Sie die Verfügbarkeit der Produkte für unsere Kunden sicher.
Ihr Profil
- Sie haben Freude am Verkauf der BAUHAUS Produkte und überzeugen durch Ihre dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit.
- Direkten und aktiven Kundenkontakt schätzen Sie, und auch bei hoher Kundenfrequenz steht Freundlichkeit für Sie an erster Stelle.
- Ihr Fachwissen rundet optimal eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Erfahrungen als Florist/in, Gärtner/in, Kaufmann/-frau im Fachbereich, oder ähnliches ab.
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Verkaufserfahrung in der Branche gesammelt und sind es gewohnt Ihre vereinbarte Wochenarbeitszeit zu den Verkaufsöffnungszeiten zu leisten.
