Als Einzelhändler betreibt die Perspektive Handel Caritas gGmbH an mehreren Standorten in Österreich SPAR-Märkte mit dem Ziel, sozial benachteiligte, schwer vermittelbare und arbeitsmarktferne Personengruppen zu beschäftigen, für den Arbeitsmarkt zu qualifizieren und zu integrieren. Die Perspektive Handel Caritas gGmbH sucht für das Projekt „Kompetenzerweiterung für Asylwerber*innen im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel“ ab sofort eine*n engagierte*n und empathische*n Deutschtrainer*in für 3 bis 6 Wochenstunden in Wels oder Linz/Ebelsberg.
Deine Aufgaben
- Planung und Durchführung von niederschwelligen Deutschkursen mit Schwerpunkt auf berufsspezifischem Wortschatz im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
- Förderung der kommunikativen Kompetenz unserer Teilnehmer*innen im Arbeitsalltag
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektteam und Integration der Schulungsinhalte in den praktischen Arbeitskontext
- Dokumentation des Lernfortschritts
Dein Profil
- Studium (zumindest auf Bachelorniveau)
- Erfahrung im Bereich Deutsch als Zweitsprache / Deutsch als Fremdsprache
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen mit Fluchthintergrund
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz und wertschätzende Grundhaltung
- Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im arbeitsbezogenen Sprachunterricht oder im Einzelhandel
