Ihre Aufgaben:
- Du leitest eigenverantwortlich den Bereich Bauen und berichtest direkt an die Marktleitung.
- Du teilst dein Team bedarfsorientiert ein - so sorgst du auch bei hohem Kundenaufkommen für beste Beratung.
- Du optimierst das Flächenmanagement und steuerst den Warenprozess, so dass Kund:innen finden, was sie suchen.
- Du setzt mit deinem Team Werbe- und Verkaufsförderungsmaßnahmen um.
- Du hast alle Kennzahlen deines Bereichs im Blick und handelst mit entsprechenden Maßnahmen proaktiv.
Ihr Profil:
- Alles machbar, wenn du mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Führungskraft im Groß- oder Einzelhandel hast, vorzugsweise in der Baumarkbranche oder im Fachhandel.
- Du hast bereits erfolgreich ein Team geleitet und liebst die Mitarbeiterführung.
- Du bist ein Verkaufsprofi und kennst dich mit deinem Sortiment sehr gut aus.
- Du bist ein:e echte:r Teamplayer:in und gehst mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalität vorbildlich voran.
- Du zeigst hohe soziale Kompetenz auch im Umgang mit Kund:innen.
- Du arbeitest gerne am PC und meisterst alle gängigen Microsoft Office Anwendungen.
Unser Angebot:
- Wir bieten ein überkollektivvertragliches Bruttogehalt von € 2.500,- pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung. (Mindestgehalt lt. Kollektivvertrag beträgt € 2.471,- brutto pro Monat) Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
