Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie sind Verkäufer:in aus Leidenschaft und die persönliche Beratung macht Ihnen Freude
- Sie führen und betreuen die Obst- und Gemüseabteilung selbstständig und achten auf die Umsetzung der gültigen Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
- Sie koordinieren die Warenverfügbarkeit und Warenpräsentation (Fokus auf Frische, Qualität, Lebensmittelsicherheit und Konsumentenschutz)
- Sie setzen Sortimentsvorgaben und Arbeitstechniken selbstständig um
- Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team arbeiten Sie laufend an der Erfüllung der Bereichskennzahlen
- Die Motivation und Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden liegen Ihnen am Herzen
Ihr Profil:
- Berufserfahrung im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel oder Fachwissen in den Bereichen Obst und Gemüse
- Grundkenntnisse GHP (Gute Hygiene Praxis)
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Organisationsgeschick
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung (Besuch von Seminaren, Schulungen, …)
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse
