As Omnichannel Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive omnichannel engagement strategy for key brands that delivers a seamless, personalised experience for healthcare professionals and stakeholders. This role combines strategic vision with operational excellence, ensuring that every interaction across digital and traditional channels is impactful and compliant. You will act as a key driver of digital transformation, leveraging data insights and innovative technologies to optimise customer engagement and business outcomes.

  • Accountabilities
    • Strategy & Planning: Design and implement digital first go to market approach to omnichannel customer journeys for HCPs and other stakeholders, integrating platforms such as email, webinars, websites, and rep‑triggered content.
    • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Medical, Commercial, Compliance, IT, and Global Brand teams to ensure cohesive and compliant execution.
    • Change Leadership: Embed omnichannel frameworks, drive adoption, and foster a culture of digital excellence.
    • Content & Platform Management: Oversee modular content development and enablement across platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
    • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to ABPI Code, GDPR, and internal approval processes.
    • Performance Measurement: Track KPIs (engagement, ROI, digital maturity) and optimise based on insights.
    • Budget Oversight: Manage financial planning for omnichannel initiatives.
  • Key Knowledge and Experience
    • 3+ years in digital marketing or omnichannel roles within pharma, healthcare, or life sciences.
    • Strong understanding of UK pharmaceutical regulations and ABPI Code.
    • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).
    • Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects and drive organisational change.
    • Foster collaboration and empower teams to embrace digital transformation.
    • Build organisational capability in omnichannel engagement through coaching and knowledge sharing.
