Monitor performance and proactively adjust plans to meet goals.Drive Oncology Portfolio Growth β Be accountable for delivering the business plan across Takeda's oncology portfolio, working collaboratively with other field teams, their line management and Head Office functions.Build Strategic Partnerships β Leverage support for products, ideas and projects across NHS networks.
