For Takeda UK we are looking for a Campaigns Manager in a permanent position/full time at the Paddington location. The Campaigns Manager will be responsible for the delivery of digital marketing campaigns across a broad range of brands and business units within Takeda UK/IE. You will own the relationship with our Campaign Operations Fulfilment Partner at EUCAN (Europe and Canada) who are responsible for the creation and build of our campaigns, ensuring they are delivering on the briefs provided.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Work with UK/Irish marketing teams to define their campaign needs and objectives.
  • Co-ordinate these campaigns, acting as an intermediary between the marketing team and our fulfilment partner to ensure campaigns briefs are created and executed against, within timelines and quality standards required.
  • Collaborate with various local and EUCAN stakeholders within our Digital, Data and Technology functions, to ensure any integrated marketing technology requirements are fulfilled for the campaigns, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Drupal Content Management System, Brightcove (video platform).
  • Act as the voice of the marketer in the development stage, ensuring brand guidelines and best practice in content design and UX is followed.
  • Provide proactive actionable recommendations such as testing opportunities, audience targeting, and content selection based on analysis of metrics and audience data.
  • Provide campaign materials to marketing teams ready for internal approval process.
  • Create best practice sharing opportunities to drive the use of marketing automation tools across the business.
KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Experience of 3rd party management and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with agencies, sales and marketing teams and multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Digital-based project management experience/exposure.
  • Proficiency using marketing automation technologies.
  • Understanding of front-end digital experiences and familiarity with API integrations (technical expertise is not required, but an understanding of the concepts).
  • Experience of the development and delivery of end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns, including user acceptance testing.
  • Comfortable communicating/translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively and respectfully.
