About this role: As a Field Account Manager for McDonald's you will own the commercial and operational growth strategy across your designated area in Leeds, York, Sheffield, and surrounding areas. This is a high‑impact, field‑based role focused on strengthening partnerships with franchisees. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning on strategies that boost consumer engagement and foster sustained, mutual growth. Key Responsibilities- Maximise the potential of existing JUST EAT partnerships with Franchises, building significant and mutually beneficial commercial relationships.
- Prioritise order growth, the measure of success, and mentor Restaurant Partners on the vital steps to achieve it.
- Drive operational excellence by advising partners on best‑in‑class customer service and encouraging the adoption of new solutions to improve efficiency.
- Analyse performance data to inform and execute the most effective activities that contribute to restaurant growth targets.
- Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to achieve ambitious commercial goals and collective success.
- Experience in B2B sales or strategic account management focused on building long‑term commercial relationships.
- A results‑driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to take ownership of ambitious targets.
