Financial Accountant - R2R in City of London

Role: United Kingdom Record-To-Report (R2R) professional responsible for delivering high‑quality financial reporting and owning key accounting processes. We support growth and professional qualification development while collaborating across the business to drive excellence. This role offers international exposure and the opportunity to contribute to financial integrity.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and statutory financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the United Kingdom fixed asset register, overseeing laptops, devices, and furniture.
• Take ownership of delivery cost journals and perform in‑depth balance sheet reconciliations.
• Lead forecasting for below EBITDA items.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to streamline accounting workflows and enhance data accuracy.
• Drive process improvement and automation projects independently.
• Support audit requests and maintain compliance with IFRS.

What will you bring to the team?

• Part-qualified accountant status (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong technical skills.
• Ambitious and self‑motivated approach with a determination to succeed in fast‑paced environments.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines through effective problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, including Power Query and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; Workday knowledge is a plus.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of internal controls.
