We develop and publish products principally through Rockstar Games, 2K, and Zynga. Our strategy is to create hit entertainment experiences, delivered on every platform relevant to our audience through a variety of sound business models. Our pillars - creativity, innovation, and efficiency - guide us as we strive to create the highest quality, most captivating experiences for our consumers.

The Challenge: As our Internal Communications Sr. Specialist, you will do much more than create and execute communications campaigns — you will help build a workplace where every colleague feels informed, connected, and inspired to do their best work. Reporting to the Senior Director of Internal Communications, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our people receive the information they need in a timely and engaging manner, while helping them see how their daily contributions connect to our broader vision and strategic priorities. At the heart of our corporate mission is a commitment to empowering our labels with world‑class support so they can focus on what they do best: creating the highest‑quality games for our players. We are looking for a strategic thinker and proactive communicator who ensures that need‑to‑know information is clear and accessible while finding creative ways to showcase stories from our global teams. In an era where information overload is a constant challenge, you will focus on building alignment and trust through consistent, transparent messaging. This is a role for someone who thrives on building rapport across teams and possesses a natural curiosity for how technology and modern communication trends can be used to keep a global workforce deeply connected.

What You’ll Tackle:

  • Communication Strategy: Lead the end‑to‑end strategy for internal campaigns, ensuring our goals translate into measurable employee engagement.
  • Content Development: Own the voice of our internal channels. You’ll build high‑impact content for Slack, newsletters, and emails that feels culturally responsive, accessible, and human. Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all communications channels.
  • Employee Engagement: Bring creativity and curiosity to new formats, tools, and ways to further employee engagement and a positive company culture.
  • Collaboration: Partner across labels and departments to ensure our updates are timely, consistent, and cut through the noise.
  • Operational Excellence: Create and maintain a central repository for communications materials. Maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are coordinated, timely, and relevant.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Modernize & Innovate: You’ll be our resident tech explorer, piloting AI‑driven tools like Gemini to automate workflows and keep our function on the cutting edge.

What You Bring:

  • The Foundation: 4–6+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Editorial Excellence: A mastery of writing and editing, with the ability to translate complex corporate initiatives into clear, compelling narratives across various formats and geographic regions.
  • Strategy‑to‑Action: A proven track record of architecting and rolling out end‑to‑end internal comms plans. You don’t just write the updates; you own the full strategy, aligning every campaign with business goals to move the needle on employee sentiment.
  • Digital Fluency: You have a "tinkerer" mindset. You’re comfortable with CMS, email platforms, and multimedia creation, and you have the technical aptitude to pilot new AI solutions before they become mainstream.
  • Proactive Ownership: You have an instinctive eye for identifying process gaps before they become roadblocks. You bring the confidence to propose creative solutions and the discipline to lead them through to execution.
  • Strategic Partnership: You know how to influence without authority and build trust across diverse, high‑performing teams.
  • Growth Mindset: You possess a natural intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning. You actively seek out feedback and diverse perspectives to sharpen your craft.
  • Operational Agility: You possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, seamlessly managing multiple high‑priority projects and deadlines without losing sight of the details.
  • Total Rewards Experience (Preferred): Prior experience crafting internal campaigns centered around employee benefits, wellness programs, or total rewards is a strong plus.

What We Offer You:

  • Great Company Culture: We pride ourselves as being one of the most creative and innovative places to work, creativity, innovation, efficiency, diversity and philanthropy are among the core tenets of our organization and are integral drivers of our continued success.
  • Growth: As a global entertainment company, we pride ourselves on creating environments where employees are encouraged to be themselves, inquisitive, collaborative and to grow within and around the company.
  • Work Hard, Play Hard: Our employees’ bond, blow‑off steam, and flex some creative muscles – through corporate boot camp classes, our onsite Gym, company parties, our Office bar, game release events, monthly socials, and team challenges.
