The Challenge
As our Internal Communications Sr. Specialist, you will do much more than create and execute communications campaigns — you will help build a workplace where every colleague feels informed, connected, and inspired to do their best work. Reporting to the Senior Director of Internal Communications, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our people receive the information they need in a timely and engaging manner, while helping them see how their daily contributions connect to our broader vision and strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end strategy for internal campaigns, ensuring our goals translate into measurable employee engagement.
- Own the voice of our internal channels, building high‑impact content for Slack, newsletters, and emails that feels culturally responsive, accessible, and human.
- Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all communications channels.
- Bring creativity and curiosity to new formats, tools, and ways to further employee engagement and a positive company culture.
- Partner across labels and departments to ensure our updates are timely, consistent, and cut through the noise.
- Create and maintain a central repository for communications materials and a content calendar to coordinate, time, and keep internal communications relevant.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, backed by a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Mastery of writing and editing, able to translate complex corporate initiatives into clear, compelling narratives across various formats and geographic regions.
- Proven track record of architecting and rolling out end‑to‑end internal communications plans, owning full strategy aligned with business goals to move employee sentiment.
- Digital fluency with CMS, email platforms, and multimedia creation; technical aptitude to pilot new AI solutions before mainstream adoption.
- Proactive ownership, identifying process gaps and proposing creative solutions, leading them through execution.
