Reporting to the Senior Director of Internal Communications, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our people receive the information they need in a timely and engaging manner, while helping them see how their daily contributions connect to our broader vision and strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the voice of our internal channels, building high‑impact content for Slack, newsletters, and emails that feels culturally responsive, accessible, and human.
  • Ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all communications channels.
  • Bring creativity and curiosity to new formats, tools, and ways to further employee engagement and a positive company culture.
  • Partner across labels and departments to ensure our updates are timely, consistent, and cut through the noise.
  • Create and maintain a central repository for communications materials and a content calendar to coordinate, time, and keep internal communications relevant.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Explore and pilot AI‑driven tools like Gemini to automate workflows and keep our function on the cutting edge.

Qualifications

  • 4–6+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, backed by a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Mastery of writing and editing, able to translate complex corporate initiatives into clear, compelling narratives across various formats and geographic regions.
  • Proven track record of architecting and rolling out end‑to‑end internal communications plans, owning full strategy aligned with business goals to move employee sentiment.
  • Digital fluency with CMS, email platforms, and multimedia creation; technical aptitude to pilot new AI solutions before mainstream adoption.
  • Proactive ownership, identifying process gaps and proposing creative solutions, leading them through execution.
  • Strategic partnership skills, influencing without authority and building trust across diverse, high‑performing teams.
  • Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, commitment to continuous learning, and seeking diverse perspectives.
  • Operational agility, exceptional organizational skills, thriving in fast‑paced environments managing multiple high‑priority projects and deadlines.
