The Challenge:
Global Procurement is responsible for providing strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement operations expertise to support T2 and the labels. The Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Corporate Services is a high‑visibility role responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies across Corporate Services categories – specifically Human Resources, Workplace Services, and Global Travel. Operating as our primary commercial leader in the EMEA region and reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Global Procurement, you will be responsible for leading high‑impact, enterprise‑wide negotiations and category strategies.
What You’ll Take On:
- Partner directly with senior corporate stakeholders at T2 and our Labels to understand their operational roadmaps. You will balance the need for enterprise‑wide financial discipline with the unique autonomous requirements of our studios.
- Act as the primary commercial partner to the Human Resources leadership team, driving strategic sourcing initiatives for HR tools and systems, global benefits programmes, etc.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Workplace leadership to support regional facilities sourcing, identifying commercial efficiencies within site services, physical security, and operational workplace needs.
- Own the global Travel & Expense (T&E) category, including the development and ongoing management of the overarching T&E policy, driving our corporate booking tool strategy, and leading negotiations with global travel partners (airlines, hotels, and TMCs).
- In partnership with Legal and Security, negotiate complex commercial terms to mitigate vendor lock‑in and shield the enterprise from third‑party risk, maintaining a specific focus on navigating GDPR, European data privacy regulations, and cross‑border compliance.
- Champion the rollout and adoption of the Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) orchestration platform (“Procurement Center”) across all stakeholder groups.
- Help develop and refine our tools/processes including standardising how we track deal velocity, measure value delivery, etc.
- Provide support and work on sourcing initiatives in categories outside of corporate services based on the needs of the organisation and potential impact.
- Mentor other members of the Procurement organisation.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or relevant field of study is required and 8+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or equivalent experience.
- A proven track record of leading enterprise negotiations and delivering measurable EBITDA impact in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively build relationships with people at all levels across the organisation.
- Deep market knowledge of the corporate services vendor landscape, specifically covering HR technology/services, global corporate travel programmes, and workplace/facilities management.
- Strong regional acumen for EMEA labour nuances, vendor capabilities, and European data privacy frameworks.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, including TCO, ROI, and spend‑under‑management analysis.
- Excellent project management and analytical skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Comfort working in a high‑volume and fast‑paced environment.
