Who We Are
Headquartered in New York City, Take‑Two Interactive Software, Inc. is a leading developer, publisher, and marketer of interactive entertainment for consumers around the globe. We develop and publish products principally through Rockstar Games, 2K, and Zynga. Our strategy is to create hit entertainment experiences, delivered on every platform relevant to our audience through a variety of sound business models. Our pillars - creativity, innovation, and efficiency - guide us as we strive to create the highest quality, most captivating experiences for our consumers.
Challenge
Following our recent initiatives to modernize workforce planning, Take‑Two is seeking an Adaptive Technical Lead who understands that technology is only as effective as its adoption. This is a high‑impact leadership role focused on building alignment between Finance and HR data by unifying them under a single, intuitive planning ecosystem. You will serve as the functional architect of a system that replaces “clunky” legacy workarounds with a user‑centric experience. Your mission is to satisfy Finance’s need for precision while providing HR and Business teams with the “clutter‑free” environment required to drive our strategy. This role isn’t just about configuring software; it’s about creating a “Single Version of the Truth” that empowers our global labels (2K, Rockstar, Zynga) to make data‑driven talent decisions.
What You’ll Take On
- Cross‑Functional Diplomacy & Alignment: Act as the primary mediator between Finance (FP&A) and HR (Total Rewards/BPs) to define a unified data dictionary and process flow.
- User‑Centric Product Management: Design the Workday Adaptive interface to be intuitive for casual HR users while remaining robust for advanced business users.
- Systems enhancement and expansion: Lead the strategic transition to enhance existing adaptive models while identifying future use cases to expand the product to support HR’s capabilities.
- Strategic Scenario Modeling: Build native, real‑time “What‑If” modeling capabilities that allow leadership to see the immediate cost and talent impact of organizational decisions.
- RACI Guardrail Management: Partner with the HR Enablement Lead to ensure Finance and HR operate within their core competencies preventing technical or data entry overlaps.
- Continuous Iteration: Lead ongoing feedback sessions post‑go‑live to identify friction points and iterate on the tool monthly based on service design principles.
What You Bring
- Extensive Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in Workforce Planning, with a proven track record of leading large‑scale enterprise implementations.
- Technical Mastery: Deep functional expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning; experience transitioning organizations from other systems (Oracle/Hyperion) is highly preferred.
- Diplomatic Leadership: Exceptional ability to facilitate workshops among conflicting stakeholders and drive consensus across global Finance and HR teams.
- Product Mindset: A strong “UX Champion” mentality with the ability to reject complex, multi‑layered menus in favor of streamlined, intuitive interfaces.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate high‑level business strategies into technical requirements and actionable system models.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance, or a related field.
What We Offer You
- Great Company Culture: Ranked as one of the most creative and innovative places to work. Creativity, innovation, efficiency, diversity and philanthropy are core tenets of our organization and are integral drivers of our success.
- Growth: As a global entertainment company, we pride ourselves on creating environments where employees are encouraged to be themselves, to be inquisitive and collaborative and to grow within and around the company.
- Work Hard, Play Hard: Our employees bond, blow off steam and flex some creative muscles through onsite fitness classes and at onsite gyms, company parties, game release events, and regular social events.
- Benefits: Include, but aren’t limited to, private medical and dental insurance, virtual GP, a health cash plan for preventative medical costs, matching pension policy up to 4%, a workplace savings scheme for short‑term savings, £50 monthly fitness reimbursement, 24/7 mental wellbeing support, family building and menopause support, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan with 15% discount, Cycle to Work scheme, 4x salary death in service insurance, 66% of salary income protection, charitable donation matching and volunteer leave, 26 days of annual leave, and enhanced family policies.
- Perks: Onsite Gym, an office bar, employee discount programs, free games and events, stocked pantries, and a dog friendly workplace.
