We are a multi-national organisation within the dynamic world of entertainment seeking an HR intern to join our International Human Resources team – working on full spectrum support across our UK, European and Middle Eastern entities. The opportunity to make an impact is huge and the candidate we are seeking will be proactive, engaging, collaborative and capable of delivering high quality HR generalist support to customers and colleagues within a framework of best practice. You will be used to working to tight deadlines, really committing and working within a very fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills are vital, along with attention to detail, confidentiality, commitment and a willingness to work hard and get the job done.
What You’ll Take On:
- Provide operational HR support to our UK, European and Middle Eastern entities, ensuring efficient employee lifecycle processes and maintaining a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate pre-start employment related checks, onboarding and off boarding of new starters and leavers.
- Coordinate recruitment activities by creating and closing job requisitions.
- Support operational aspects of employee transfers, relocations, cross-entity hires and mobility requests.
- Employee lifecycle administration support including processing of starters, leavers and job change information across UK and International territories.
- Assist with immigration records and processes, ensuring we are in sync with Home Office requirements.
- Actively supervise the completion of probationary reviews to support performance management.
- Update the HRIS.
- Benefits administration.
- Respond to reference requests.
- Record and process invoices.
