In the role of DevOps Engineer III, you will collaborate with the DevOps Engineering Manager and a team of 5-10 engineers to craft secure, scalable infrastructure. Collaborating and learning with broader development, operations, and security teams, we drive CI/CD efficiency, system reliability, and automation. Beyond technical expertise, you will mentor engineers, shape strategy, and influence decisions to enhance Take-Two’s engineering culture.
What You’ll Take On:
- Architect, implement, and optimize cloud-based and on-prem environments using Infrastructure as Code and container orchestration.
- Optimize and implement secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines (examples GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for seamless automation.
- Triage and resolve infrastructure, network, and application performance issues for both cloud and on-premises systems.
- Mentor other engineers, shape DevOps culture, and drive innovation across teams.
What You Bring:
- Adaptability and a willingness to craft, document, and socialise solutions collaboratively for issues that may be outside your understanding.
- An ability to work independently, but ready to ask for help when needed.
- Strong proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP, with hands-on experience with Terraform.
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet, and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog.
- Design, develop, automate testing, and deploy custom tools using languages like Python or C#.
- Version control administration (examples GitHub, Perforce).
Great to Have:
- Experience with database administration and performance tuning.
- Experience in optimising cloud costs, security, and performance.
- Background in Agile methodologies and Product Management (Jira, SmartSheets).
