The Challenge
We are looking for a highly organised and commercially aware Amazon Account Executive to support the day-to-day management of our Amazon physical sales business during a period of maternity cover. This role will focus on execution and performance of our Amazon Vendor Central (AVC) account, alongside managing promotional planning and forecasting within Anaplan. The position is well suited to someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset, who is comfortable working across systems, data, and internal teams to ensure plans are delivered effectively.
What You’ll Take On
- Support the day-to-day running of the Amazon Vendor Central account
- Monitor performance across sales, availability, traffic, and conversion
- Maintain product across AVC/AMS and ensure content is accurate and up to date
- Track/support purchase orders and manage SKU stock availability on AVC platform
- Manage brand stores on AMS platform using provided assets ensuring accuracy of label brand guidelines
- Highlight risks or issues in a timely manner
Promotional Planning & Anaplan
- Maintain Amazon promotional plans within Anaplan
- Support forecasting, volume planning, and revenue tracking
- Communicate promotional activity via Vendor Central platform/ Brand Specialist and AVS rep
- Ensure alignment between internal marketing/ promotional plans and Amazon activity
- Update plans based on performance and changing requirements
Promotions & Execution
- Support the setup and execution of promotions and deal activity
- Ensure correct pricing, timing, and product setup
- Track performance and provide reporting using Amazon and T2 data systems
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance to ensure alignment and smooth execution
- Support day-to-day communication with Amazon where required
- Act as a coordination point across European territories, ensuring consistency of approach and information sharing
- Support the administration of Amazon Brand Registry, including:
- Assisting with product and brand set-up
- Maintaining accurate brand and content records
- Supporting IP protection processes (e.g. content control, issue escalation)
- Acting as a central point of contact for Brand Registry queries
- Assisting other European territories with onboarding, setup, and ongoing management
Operations & Availability
- Monitor stock levels and highlight availability risks
- Support coordination with supply chain teams to maintain strong in-stock performance
