The Challenge: We are seeking a seasoned Senior HR Business Partner with 8+ years of progressive experience to join Take-Two's global HR team in London, UK for a 12–14 month maternity coverage. While this role is based in our central London, UK office, it carries a global remit, providing strategic HR partnership to employee groups across North America and EMEA. In this fixed-term role, you will be a key driver across various corporate functions (Technology, Finance, and Workplace Services), providing professional HR insights, strategic coaching and the "hands-on" operational execution required to ensure our people processes remain seamless across all territories.

What You'll Take On:

  • Global HR Partnership: Act as the dedicated Senior HR point of contact for designated business groups across North America and EMEA, aligning global HR strategy with regional operational needs.
  • Coaching & Advisory: Provide day-to-day coaching to managers on performance, team dynamics, and professional development.
  • Core HR Cycles: Lead and facilitate the execution of core HR cycles globally, including annual performance management, year-end compensation reviews, talent mapping, and succession planning.
  • Data-Driven Execution: Utilize HR metrics (headcount, attrition, job leveling, etc.) to inform decision-making and drive productivity and capability improvements across regions.
  • Collaboration: Partner with global COEs to deliver and localize programs that enhance the employee experience and support talent attraction and retention globally.
  • Change Management: Facilitate organizational changes by bringing foundational knowledge of talent management and organizational design principles.

What You Bring:

  • Must be able to work out of our Central London office, 4 days per week.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record as a Senior HRBP in a global, fast-paced, or creative industry.
  • University degree in HR, Business, or a related field; CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of UK Employment Law, along with a strong working knowledge of North American HR practices and statutory compliance.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills; comfortable acting as a change agent.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders across various regions.
  • Solid project management capabilities with the ability to manage competing global priorities and meet critical deadlines.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS, Google Suite, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • A self-starter who thrives in an independent environment but knows exactly when to escalate to global leadership.
