The Challenge
The Systems Engineering team crafts, builds, deploys and maintains a wide variety of IT infrastructure using the latest standards and technologies. We are actively looking for a Lead Systems Engineer with a broad range of IAM-related and general purpose IT skills. Our ideal candidate has a rich and diverse technical background, is creative and passionate about IT systems, as well as standardisation, optimisation, and automation. Furthermore, this candidate will have experience architecting, optimising, engineering, implementing, and supporting directory/identity-related solutions, single sign-on (SSO) platforms, email and collaboration systems. Candidates are expected to stay aware of industry changes and plan to keep ahead of industry advancements to help guide the use and implementation of technology at Take-Two.
What You’ll Take On
- Own and optimise standards, policies, and automation for user accounts, permissions, and identity lifecycle management.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IAM system issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Provide top level support for IAM assets, create and maintain documentation, and participate in rotating on-call schedule.
- Run an Active Directory and Microsoft Public Key Infrastructure environment.
- Administer and optimise Microsoft Exchange (Hybrid), Google Workspace.
- Implement and optimise mail transfer agents and email hygiene systems, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient mail flow.
- Diagnose and resolve mail flow issues proactively.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and optimising IAM, Active Directory and Exchange solutions.
- 7+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure, or a related technical domain, with a strong focus on identity management, authentication, and enterprise email systems.
- Experience driving direction and enforcing standards for an IT team.
- Proficient with Windows Server, including installing, configuring, and problem-solving issues.
- Extensive experience as a Lead engineer specialising in IAM, Active Directory, and authentication systems.
- Hands-on experience with email security solutions (IronPort, Proofpoint, or similar).
- Expert with Active Directory architecture, permissions, and administration, and with solving replication, performance, and other related issues.
- Experience in SAML and OIDC configuration for authentication to applications.
- Mastery of at least one SSO/identity platform (Okta, OneLogin, Azure, etc.).
- Expertise of Microsoft Certificate Authority template creation, configuration and deployment.
- Automation-focused mindset, with advanced scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell).
- Strong ability to learn new technologies and dive into unique challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication among both technical and non-technical audiences.
