Business Development Manager – B2B Contracts
Location: Loughborough / Hybrid with national travel
Can you open doors, build a pipeline and turn conversations into contracts?
Take Me Group is looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to help accelerate the growth of our national B2B passenger transport business.
We’re not looking for somebody to sit and wait for leads.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys finding opportunities, getting in front of decision makers, understanding what a prospective customer needs and putting together a compelling commercial proposition that ultimately results in a signed contract.
Take Me already has the infrastructure behind you. We operate a growing network of taxi and private hire businesses across the UK, supported by technology that enables us to provide both local and national passenger transport solutions.
Your job is to help us put that capability in front of more businesses.
You’ll develop opportunities across corporate travel, healthcare, education, insurance, rail, aviation, hospitality, public sector and other industries with regular passenger transport requirements.
From your first prospecting call through to commercial negotiations and contract award, you’ll own the new-business journey.
You’ll have the freedom to develop your own pipeline while working directly with senior management and our operational teams to turn opportunities into deliverable, profitable contracts.
We’re looking for someone with proven B2B sales experience, strong commercial instincts and the confidence to speak to everyone from a local business owner to the procurement team of a national organisation.
If you’re motivated by winning business rather than simply managing accounts, we’d like to hear from you.
