At Elegant Clutter, we believe art can be anything. We’re building a global hospitality‑industry art and sculpture business and need an experienced HR professional to design and implement a fit‑for‑purpose HR system. This role embeds the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework across the business, establishes robust people processes, and supports employee retention and engagement.

As the HR & Office Manager, you will foster a positive workplace culture, manage day‑to‑day office operations, and handle the full employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:

  • Establishing robust people processes
  • Designing and implementing tailored HR systems
  • Embedding EOS HR processes
  • Ensuring compliance
  • Driving engagement and retention initiatives

Salary band: £35k to £40k depending on experience

The Hours: Hours can be flexible to suit other life commitments

The Location: This role is based at our new studios in Leamington Spa.
