Jennifer, a 27 year old young woman with an amazing personality, requires a female personal assistant. She has learning & neurological disabilities and lives in the Motherwell area.

She enjoys a busy social life, so needs someone energetic with a good sense of humour that can encourage new adventures.

Your role will involve one to one care and assistance within their home and in the community, accompanying her to social activities.

Jennifer loves shopping, ice skating, swimming and making TikTok’s.

She is looking for a fun loving, reliable, enthusiastic personal assistant to support me to live my life to the best.

Your duties would involve assisting with tasks such as:

· Escorting me to leisure or other activities

· Planning fun activities and new things to try

· Keeping me safe and helping me understand risks

· Shopping and/ or assistance to go shopping

· Participating in swimming with me

· Any other daily living tasks to promote independent living

The most important qualities are an outgoing, kind and caring personality.

Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Driver with a Full UK Driving Licence is essential as you will be required to use your own vehicle – mileage allowance will be paid.

Experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.

Hours of Work (with a degree of flexibility)

Recruiting for 1 position.

Guaranteed permanent position of 8 hours per week, more hours may be available to cover holidays and absence from our other PA.

Days and times:

A Tuesday is preferrable from 1:00pm – 9:00pm.

Weekly rota – Hours are flexible Monday to Friday, with one other PA.

There may be occasional weekends and shifts available – to be discussed at interview

Hourly rate:

£13.00 per hour
