Salary £27,500 pro-rata per annum on a fixed term approximately 21 month contract.
Hours: Flexible 22.2 hours a week (P/T – 3 days a week).
Place: hybrid – Take Art office base/home and across the south west.
Take Art is a pioneering Somerset-based agency delivering high-quality arts performance and participatory experiences across the county and the south-west. It will be working with Bristol based Circus City as joint partners in CAAA+.
With Arts Council of England project funding, Take Art is leading CAAA+, a rural and urban community south-west touring project through 2026-2028. CAAA+ entails 36 performance days by 6 touring companies plus supporting workshop and residency programme with young people and families. It will work with a team of Community Producers to reach Disabled audiences. Our touring network comprises 12 presenting partners, many of whom will be working with village-based, volunteer promoters.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous, proven project arts management experience, knowledge of touring small-scale circus and an understanding of rural touring.
- Own means of transport to ensure that the role’s peripatetic nature is achievable.
