The Opportunity
We are supporting a fast-growing UK Health Tech business that is building technology designed to improve how patients access and experience healthcare.
Following continued growth and investment in its product function, the business is looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a key area of its platform.
You will sit at the intersection of customers, clinicians, engineering and commercial teams, turning complex healthcare problems into simple, scalable digital products.
This is a hands-on product role with genuine ownership rather than a pure delivery position.
- What You Will Be Doing
- Own the product roadmap for a core area of the platform.
- Work closely with engineering and design from discovery through to launch.
- Speak directly with healthcare customers and users to understand workflows, pain points and unmet needs.
- Translate clinical, operational and commercial requirements into clear product priorities.
- Define product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Use customer feedback, product analytics and market data to guide decisions.
- Manage competing priorities across technical, clinical and commercial stakeholders.
- Support product launches and measure adoption following release.
- Identify opportunities to improve usability, engagement and customer outcomes.
- Work closely with implementation and customer success teams to understand how the product performs in real healthcare environments.
- Contribute to longer-term product and platform strategy.
- What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years experience in Product Management.
- Experience within Health Tech, Digital Health, healthcare Saa S or another regulated technology environment.
- Strong B2B Saa S product experience.
- Experience taking products or significant features from discovery through to launch.
- Confidence working closely with software engineering teams.
- Strong customer discovery and stakeholder management skills.
- An analytical approach to product decisions.
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
- Experience with NHS organisations, healthcare providers, clinical systems, interoperability or healthcare data would be particularly valuable.
