The Opportunity
We are partnering with a high-growth Health Tech business entering the next phase of its expansion across the UK healthcare market.
Having established strong product-market fit and built a growing customer base across healthcare providers, the company is now looking for a Director of Product to take ownership of its product organisation and help shape the next generation of its platform.
Reporting directly into the executive team, you will own product strategy across the business and lead a multidisciplinary product function working across Product, Design, Engineering, Data and AI.
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage the roadmap from a distance.
You will be expected to understand customers, challenge assumptions, make difficult prioritisation decisions and build a product organisation capable of supporting significant growth.
- What You Will Own
- Define and own the company product vision and strategy.
- Translate company strategy into a clear multi-year product roadmap.
- Lead and develop the Product function.
- Establish product operating models, standards and decision-making frameworks.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, Data and AI leadership.
- Build a deep understanding of healthcare customers, clinicians and patients.
- Ensure customer insight and product data influence prioritisation.
- Identify opportunities to use AI and automation across healthcare workflows.
- Lead major new product and platform initiatives.
- Balance customer requirements with scalable product development.
- Own product performance, adoption and engagement metrics.
- Partner with Commercial leadership on market positioning and enterprise opportunities.
- Support strategic customer conversations and major enterprise deals.
- Work with Implementation and Customer Success to improve time-to-value and adoption.
- Ensure products operate appropriately within healthcare regulatory, security and clinical environments.
- Present product strategy and performance to the executive team, board and investors.
- Leadership
You will inherit an established product capability but will be expected to develop the structure as the company grows.
You will create an environment where Product Managers have genuine ownership rather than simply managing engineering backlogs, and you will play a major role in determining where the company invests its next phase of product and technology capital.
- What We Are Looking For
- 10+ years experience within Product.
- Significant experience leading Product within B2B Saa S.
- Previous Director, Head of Product or VP-level responsibility.
- Experience scaling a product organisation.
- A track record of building and launching complex software products.
- Strong commercial understanding.
- Experience working closely with founders, CEOs or executive leadership teams.
- Excellent customer discovery and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience operating in a high-growth or venture-backed environment.
Health Tech or Digital Health experience would be strongly preferred.
Experience with healthcare AI, clinical workflows, EPR/EHR integrations, interoperability, healthcare data or regulated software environments would be particularly valuable.
The Person
You will combine strategic thinking with a willingness to get close to the detail.
You will be comfortable challenging the executive team when the data does not support a decision, while equally recognising when speed matters more than perfection.
Most importantly, you will understand that great Health Tech products are not built by adding technology to healthcare.
They are built by understanding how healthcare actually works.
Why Join?
You will join at a point where Product will have a significant influence over the future value of the company.
The foundations are established.
The next challenge is turning those foundations into a category-leading healthcare technology platform.
You will have significant autonomy, direct access to the executive team and meaningful participation in the long-term value you help create.
Package: Bonus, equity and benefits
All applications and conversations will be handled confidentially.
