As an Employee Relations Specialist, you'll play an important role in fostering a positive, respectful and compliant workplace across our global business. Based in the UK and reporting to the Senior Manager, you'll primarily support EMEA while also providing assistance across North America and APAC. As part of our collaborative global Employee Relations team, you will independently manage straightforward workplace investigations from intake through to outcome.
In addition, you'll provide day-to-day guidance to managers and employees on a broad range of employee relations topics, including performance management, disciplinary processes, workplace support and the consistent application of company policies. You'll also contribute to the development and implementation of global and local policies, guidance, training and initiatives that help create a fair, respectful and high-performing workplace.
Success in this role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as you'll work closely with employees at all levels of the organisation, managers, HR Business Partners, Legal, Compliance and People Operations. You'll be trusted to exercise sound judgement, maintain confidentiality and deliver practical, balanced advice while ensuring matters are handled fairly, consistently and in line with our values and legal obligations.

- Manage referrals, workplace adjustment requests, and return-to-work processes in accordance with company policies and local employment legislation.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on employee relations matters, including performance concerns, disciplinary processes, workplace support and policy application.
- Support Global Workplace Support requests and help ensure matters are handled promptly, sensitively and consistently.
- Support the development and implementation of global and local policies, guidance materials, training content and manager resources.
- Present Employee Relations initiatives and deliver training sessions to HR, managers and employees as required.
- Ensure the fair, consistent and appropriate application of internal policies, procedures and processes across supported regions.
- Build effective working relationships with HR teams, business leaders, Legal, Compliance, People Operations and other key stakeholders.
- Provide periodic reports to the HR team and analyse Employee Relations trends.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a related people-focused or investigation type role.
- A genuine interest in employee relations, workplace investigations and employment practices.
- Workday and Navex experience a plus.
- Another language is a bonus but not essential.
