A family run business of four generations, we have earned a highly regarded reputation with a loyal base of prestigious clients across the country. We are on the search for a Luxury Sales Associate to join our fast-growing brand who is passionate about welcoming clients to be involved in their jewellery creation process. As a Luxury Sales Associate for diamonds and fine jewellery, you will be required to maintain exceptional standards of brilliance in delivering a customer service experience which meets our brand focus.
What the role requires:
- Meeting customers for face-to-face consultations
- Assisting customers through our bespoke design service
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of the products, the bespoke process, our brand and convey this with enthusiasm to customers
- Maintaining excellent presentation of the jewellery and showroom
- Excellent communication skills
The successful candidate will be:

- Experienced in operating sales and profitability
- Focused on achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills
