The Senior Producer is responsible for leading the endâtoâend delivery of largeâscale, crossâfunctional projects. This role owns the full project lifecycleâfrom initial planning and development through to execution, monitoring, and final deliveryâensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. As a key project leader, the Senior Producer defines and drives the overall execution strategy, translating client requirements into clear, actionable project plans and aligning technical solutions, operational capabilities, and financial objectives.
The Senior Producer balances standard and bespoke approaches to meet client expectations while maintaining efficiency and control, guiding collaboration, solving complex challenges, and steering projects through changing demands. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive performance across multiple workstreams, ultimately delivering successful project outcomes while balancing technical feasibility, operational excellence, and commercial performance.
Essential Responsibilities- Successful delivery of largeâscale, crossâfunctional projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget
- Ensure that the clientâs vision is considered throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive client satisfaction, exceeding expectations regularly
- Internal and external communication of project status and progress
- Leadership of final deliverables, ensuring TAIT quality throughout delivery
- Integrate engineering, manufacturing, operational and support disciplines to ensure project success
- Risk monitoring and delay management
- Leadership ownership of project financials
- Bidding major theme park/themed experience in âlarge projectâ themed entertainment design and/or management
- Experience managing locationâbased entertainment technologies such as ride, audio, video, projection, show control, animatronics, etc.
- Experience in related fields, such as live entertainment and event production and operation
