Position Purpose: Saw Operators play a key role in our manufacturing process, producing parts using computer numerically controlled (CNC) saws and manual saws, Guillotines to cut and produce precision components. Essentially, a Saw Operator’s goal is to ensure effective production operations and optimize procedures to produce high quality, precision parts. Other essential duties include:

  • Maintaining machines to the highest possible standards
  • Interfacing with other departments to solve problems
  • Observing processes that support the wider business
  • Stock control
  • Having an active role in site safety
  • Ensuring collaboration and teamwork to execute on manufacturing to the highest possible standards

Rotating shift availability: Days / Afters – either 6:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 – 22:00.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings to manufacture precision parts
  • Ensure parts are manufactured to desired tolerances as instructed
