Position Purpose

The Product Delivery Lead is central in delivering world‑class experiences, translating enquiries and orders from internal and external customers into products fabricated and delivered with exceptional quality and service. Reporting into the Project Management department and working in close partnership with the EVP, B2B Product, the role is responsible for facilitating sales and translating the corresponding demand into efficient and timely delivery of products to the customer including the related training and post‑sale support. This role implements the company’s strategic vision, delivering Moments that Move People, while fostering strong customer relationships and ensuring delivery excellence.

Essential Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Portfolio Collaboration: This role partners closely with the EVP, B2B Products, who own a strategic customer portfolio, as well as aiding all Project Delivery VPs. The Product Delivery Lead is responsible for the successful completion of customer orders, liaising with all aspects of the organization as required to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Client Scoping & Development: Help the EVP, B2B Products to assess the priority order of work, prioritize customer types, estimate the most profitable submarkets and therefore associated product ranges to focus on to maximize the commercial success of the B2B market. Analyze historic customer spending to better understand market movements and trends. Work with other markets to assess the potential in their markets for product sales. Ensure Salesforce is maintained and kept up to date. Partner with the EVP, B2B Products to assess incoming opportunities, prioritize the work, estimate the resources and total cost to deliver. Liaise directly with customers to keep them up to date on progress with their order. Become the customer’s contact for post‑sales enquiries. Become a trusted point of contact at TAIT for customer enquiries.
  • Product Delivery Oversight: Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of customer orders as a coordinated effort, ensuring cross‑department collaboration and alignment on deadlines.
  • Resource Management: Request resources as required to ensure on‑time delivery of orders. This applies across all departments as required, typically but not exclusively Fabrication and Engineering.
  • Client Management: With direction from the EVP, Product Delivery, ensure projected margins on orders are maintained through tracking and billing of customer extras and that estimated hours are adhered to.
  • Account Management: In collaboration with the EVP, Product Delivery, oversee customer relationships—advocating for the customer within the business while ensuring alignment of objectives and on‑time delivery.
  • Process & Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the EVP, Product Delivery to ensure challenges are addressed swiftly and effectively ensure consistency in processes, scheduling, and quality standards across all functions. Ensure stock levels are monitored, maintained and adjusted based on product run‑rate and sales forecast.
  • Escalation Leadership: Serve as the escalation point for all departments, providing guidance, resolution, and executive‑level decision support.
  • People Management / Leadership Responsibilities: Manage the day to day assignments and supervision of all team members within your constituency, both permanently or temporarily assigned — across all departments, while coordinating closely with their departmental managers to ensure alignment, accountability, and effective collaboration.

Position Requirements

  • Experience in Project management or relevant industry experience in entertainment, live events, construction management, or other relevant field OR Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Technical Theater, or Live Event related field, plus experience in Entertainment or Project Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
