TAIT in London seeks an Event Crew Operations Producer to plan and execute back-of-house logistics for major events, coordinating crew, vendors, travel, visas, and data management to ensure seamless operations.
Must be available on ground in Saudi Arabia November & December 2026.
You will lead a 5–10 person team across the full event lifecycle, build budgets and schedules, manage client relations, and produce After Action Reports while supporting pre-production across other workstreams.
