Role
- Manage high-end residential joinery installations across live sites
- Coordinate installation teams, subcontractors, materials and site activity
- Carry out quality checks, snagging and final inspections
- Identify and resolve installation, access, sequencing and quality issues quickly
- Liaise with site managers, contractors, project teams and clients
- Plan upcoming works to ensure projects remain on programme
- Take ownership of day-to-day site decisions and escalate major risks where needed
- Support and guide joiners/installers to maintain exceptional standards
Requirements
- High-end residential joinery experience is essential
- Experience as an Installation Manager, Site Manager, Lead Joiner or Senior Joiner
- Strong practical understanding of bespoke joinery manufacture and installation
- Comfortable managing problems autonomously on live construction sites
- Confident coordinating people, prioritising work and communicating with stakeholders
- High standards of workmanship, attention to detail and client service
- Full UK driving licence
