Are you a Project Manager with a background in High Voltage looking for an opportunity to develop a specialist division with a competitive salary, autonomy and a clear progression path to senior management?

As a go-to Project Manager, you will manage High Voltage installation projects, overseeing project delivery and ensuring regulatory compliance. With your technical background in HV and commercial awareness, you’ll have the opportunity to grow with the role and eventually take full ownership of the department.

This role would suit a commercially-minded Project Manager or Contracts Manager with HV electrical engineering knowledge who is looking to take the next step in their career with the autonomy to build something significant.

1. Develop new business opportunities and oversee HV installation projects
2. Manage budgets and commercial elements
3. Ensure compliance with HV safety regulations and quality standards
4. Clear scope to progress to senior management and head up HV

PERSON

1. Project Manager or Contracts Manager with knowledge of High Voltage
2. Commercial acumen and the drive to develop business further
3. Experience managing technical teams in an electrical environment
4. Strong understanding of budgets, profitability and commercial management
5. Ambitious self-starter with the drive to grow a division
