Based from their manufacturing facility in Leicester, you'll play a key role in securing and delivering successful projects — pricing bespoke joinery packages, producing tender submissions and working closely with the design and production teams. This position would suit an Estimator from a Joinery / Fit-Out background, who is looking for a long-term role, with a competitive package, a variety of projects and potential to progress further.
The Role
- Produce detailed cost plans, take-offs and tender submissions for bespoke joinery and fit-out packages
- Liaise with the design and production teams on buildability
- Gather and compare supplier and subcontractor quotes
- Support the wider team on proposals and site surveys where required

- Proven background in estimating within joinery, fit-out or similar
- Comfortable working from architectural drawings and specifications
- Confident communicating with clients, suppliers and contractors
