Position Purpose
To assemble, test and maintain staging and automation assets and systems.
Essential Responsibilities
- Servicing, Testing and Modifying staging and automation equipment to ensure the assets can be delivered to a high standard of quality and reliability.
- Be responsible for the satisfactory delivery of staging and automation assets to integration.
- Prepare, assemble, and test the equipment as requested, ensuring that all is delivered on time and within budget and that any required modifications are communicated to the Assets team.
- Manage agreed assets prep, taking ownership of the job, and always being proactive, ensuring that all Health and Safety requirements are met.
- Maintain tools, work areas, and equipment that are clean and orderly.
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow safe working practices.
- Maintaining technical knowledge through training and mentorship.
- If required, travel to complete site work.
- Collaborate and communicate with other Technicians.
- Identify and propose ideas and solutions to improve the build quality or efficiency.
- Use Rentalworks or other asset management systems to keep current and accurate records.
- Uphold responsibility for maintaining the physical location of all assets between buildings
- Adhere to all safety best practices
- Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and fulfill picklists
- Experience in a warehouse or rentals environment
- Knowledge of entertainment staging and installation
- Right to work in the UK
- Forklift and scissor lift licenses preferred
