The Role of 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer
- You’ll be the first point of contact for users, providing friendly and effective technical support across business systems (EPOS – nice to have, not essential).
Key Responsibilities
- Providing 1st and 2nd line remote support
- Handling inbound calls and support queries
- Diagnosing and resolving issues, escalating where required
- Supporting new users with system setup, walkthroughs and remote training
