The role
We are looking for an engaging, enthusiastic and highly customer-focused individual to join our growing RegTech business. You will be responsible for managing implementations of the TAINA platform and ensuring a seamless transition into long-term client ownership. Following successful implementation, the role transitions into ongoing account management, where you will take ownership of the client relationship, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, and long-term success. You will work closely with clients at all levels, acting as a trusted partner and primary point of contact, ensuring consistent delivery, responsiveness, and a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities
- Implementation
- Act as the senior TAINA representative throughout implementations for assigned clients
- Plan, track and manage all implementation activities to ensure timely delivery
- Work closely with clients to resolve queries and challenges during implementation
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Escalate issues appropriately and ensure prompt resolution
- Account Management
- Own and develop long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Act as the main point of contact and escalation for clients
- Schedule and lead regular client meetings, including operational and strategic reviews
- Manage contractual obligations including SLAs, renewals and usage
- Maintain a strong understanding of client needs and objectives
- Deliver a high standard of communication β listening, understanding and providing solutions
- Conduct regular business reviews and ensure clear follow-up on actions
- Customer Success & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and client outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices across Customer Success
- Ensure strong alignment between clients and internal teams (Product, Technology, Customer Success)
- Support the ongoing evolution of the client experience as the company scales
Requirements
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive and analytical approach
- Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders within financial institutions
- Proven experience delivering complex implementations or managing client accounts in a SaaS or financial services environment
- Strong programme or project management experience
- Ability to prioritise and perform under pressure
Essential: Experience working with FATCA and CRS regulations
Desirable: Background in financial services, tax operations, or regulatory technology
